Galaxy 31 & 32

On November 12, 2022 at 11:06 am EST, the SpaceX rocket Falcon 9 launched from Launch Complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The rocket launched the INTELSAT Galaxy 31 and 32 satellites as part of the transition program for the Federal Communications Commission from C-band spectrum for use by the 5G cellular network services. The B1051 booster for this mission was not equipped with landing gear or guide fins as it was not going to be recovered post-launch. This was the 14th mission for the B1051 booster with its inaugural mission in March 2019 supporting the uncrewed SpaceX Demo-1 mission that carried the first Dragon 2 spacecraft to the ISS.
